Most. Mim Akther is a Sociology graduate from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, with proven communication, accountability, flexibility and strategic planning skills. She brings field-level research and data-collection experience to KRTC's North Zone outreach — having served as a data collector under Lecturer Dipika Biswas on the INTEGRATE project (German Development Cooperation), mapping informal settlements and climate/disaster vulnerability in secondary cities of Bangladesh.

As KRTC's University Coordinator & Student Ambassador at BRUR, she supports campus outreach, community engagement, and student mobilization around KRTC's applied-science and social-development programs.
